7. Financial Services and Markets Act 2000

7.1 FFW is not authorised by the Financial Services Authority to provide financial services and products under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000. We are however regulated by the Law Society of England and Wales and as such can offer a limited range of financial investment services to our clients. We can supply these services as long as they are incidental to the legal services that we are providing.

7.2 FFW has an internal procedure for dealing with complaints. However, should a client feel that a complaint has been unsatisfactorily dealt with by us, they may ask the Law Society, which has its own complaints and redress procedure, to look into the matter further.
