Quality Assurance

Quality: We have a quality committee that is responsible for ensuring that best practice is adopted throughout the firm.  A partner will always carry out or manage a project/matter. This partner would take full responsibility for ensuring that a high quality service is provided and that work is done at the appropriate level to ensure that cost efficiencies are achieved.

Accessibility: We attach as much importance to our lawyers being accessible, responsive and easy to deal with as we do to the technical excellence of their advice.  We are happy to travel to any location in order to service our clients - our lawyers regularly do so.
We can provide clients with project contact cards (in both printed and electronic formats) giving details of the FFW team members, their responsibilities and contact details.  The mobile phone numbers of senior members of the team are also included to ensure that we are always available for advice. 

Communications: We communicate with our clients and other parties using a wide range of media, including the telephone and email.  All partners, solicitors and other staff have direct phone lines and personal email addresses.  These are included in the contact card referred to previously. We are able to establish dedicated client extranets. We can communicate with our clients and other parties by video-conferencing as and when required. 
 
Continuity: We are experienced in managing our workloads to ensure that the temporary unavailability of an individual does not affect the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of our service to our clients.
