Sarah Youatt

Sarah joined the Employment department as an Assistant Solicitor in October 2005.  Sarah qualified in October 2001 at Veale Wasbrough Lawyers with whom she trained.  Prior to joining Field Fisher Waterhouse, Sarah worked for a city firm and also carried out some work as a locum solicitor for Henmans and in-house at Cancer Research UK.

Sarah has managed a wide range of employment tribunal claims for both employers and senior level employees.  She has carried out extensive contractual and policy document reviews and negotiated their implementation with appropriate unions.  She has advised employers on their approach to disciplinary and grievance investigations and proceedings, harassment complaints, and sickness management and disability issues.
