Robert Shooter

Robert is a partner in the Technology Law Group.  He qualified as a solicitor in 1998 and became a partner in 2006.  Robert has a Masters in IT Security.

Robert’s main areas of expertise include outsourcing, large-scale technology procurements and licensing and e-commerce.  Rob has immense experience in advising both public sector customers and service providers having acted for clients on both sides of the fence. This gives him a unique advantage during negotiations. He also has an intimate knowledge of OGC best practice and standard documentation.

Robert has extensive experience of project managing and leading negotiations on a number of large scale service agreements, leading and advising on Government projects and has advised on a number of technology and large services procurements including drafting the relevant documentation.
