Ramatu Banga

Ramatu is a partner in our Real Estate Group.  Ramatu joined the firm in 1992 as an Articled Clerk, qualified at FFW in 1994 and became a partner in 2002.

Ramatu has substantial experience in advising public bodies on all of the property aspects, managing block disposals, and sales and leasebacks.  In addition, Ramatu has substantial experience of leading teams, co-ordinating advice, and then reporting to the client on the specifics and overall strategy of any project.

Her recent experience includes advising the Stonebridge Housing Action Trust on a detailed investigation of its land holdings in anticipation of the regeneration of a housing estate comprising 1800 dwellings and a shopping centre in North West London. She also advised this HAT on the preliminary investigations, land referencing and negotiations undertaken by the HAT prior to the making of a CPO.
