Nick Pimlott

Nick qualified as a solicitor in September 1997. He specialises in competition law and regulation. Nick has extensive experience of advising on the powers and duties both of regulators and those subject to regulation under UK and EC Law. His work often has a public law flavour and he has been involved in a number of high-profile judicial reviews in the mobile telecoms sector. He also has considerable experience of advising on general competition law matters including Articles 81 and 82 of the EC Treaty, state aids and UK competition law. Nick has given extensive advice to government bodies such as Ordnance Survey, the NHS University and the London Borough of Lewisham on competition law matters.
