Neil Johnston

Neil is an Assistant Solicitor in the Employment Department.  Neil trained and qualified with Macfarlanes then moved in Summer 2003 to join niche City employment practice Archon.

Neil has a broad experience of contentious and non contentious employment matters. He regularly advises both private and public sector employers and also has considerable experience acting for and advising individuals. His experience includes advising on High Court bonus claims, FSA, TUPE and injunctive matters.  Neil also has broad experience advising on and drafting employment contracts, handbooks and policies.  He also has considerable experience advising on unfair dismissal, whistleblowing and all aspects of discrimination law.
