Mark Holah

Mark Holah is both qualified as a solicitor and a Registered Trade Mark Attorney. He spent six years at one of the world's largest law firms, joining FFW in 2000.

Mark has wide experience in all aspects of intellectual property protection, both contentious and non-contentious, with a particular emphasis on trade marks. His practice now focuses principally on brand protection, exploitation and enforcement, both in the UK and globally.

Professional Memberships: Mark is on the International Trademark Association (INTA) Bulletin Features Committee. He is also a member of the European Community Trade Mark Association (ECTA) and the Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys (ITMA).

Publications: Mark has been published extensively in a wide range of intellectual property journals and tutors the ITMA examination revision courses run by both ITMA and JDD.
