Nicholas Rose

Nick specialises in dispute resolution in relation to ICT/ecommerce and intellectual property disputes.  He advises in relation to all forms of dispute avoidance resolution (including ADR).

Nick is head of the Intellectual Property and Information Technology Resolutions Group.  He advises clients on how to prevent disputes and is proactive in the suggestion and use of alternative dispute resolution procedures to resolve them. He can offer innovative dispute resolution services such as "Risk Management Audits". Nick and his team frequently advise on disputes at an early stage to recommend tactics which lead to litigation being avoided. 

Nick has many years experience of advising Ordnance Survey on the protection of its intellectual property assets. His experience of acting for many private sector clients, most notably Accenture, enables him to bring private sector best practice solutions to his work for the public sector.
