Matthew Lohn

Matthew heads our Public and Regulatory Law Group, having become a partner in 1999.

He advises statutory and non-departmental Government bodies together with local and central Government on a wide range of public law issues.  His Group has developed expertise across a full range of sectors including education, healthcare, financial, sporting and legal regulation. 

Matthew’s areas of expertise include professional regulation, statutory drafting and interpretation, human rights and judicial review.  He sits as a Legal Adviser for both the General Teaching Council and the General Social Care Council.
