Edward Bannister

Edward is a property development specialist.  He has experience of all aspects of the development process (including developments through joint ventures). 

Edward has had to deal with various problems which are common in developments and often have a crucial effect on timing.  In doing so he has developed expertise in party walls and rights of light.

Edward has advised public sector clients such as the Inland Revenue on landlord and tenant matters and development agreements generally as well as quasi public bodies such as The Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy.  He understands the public sector's approach to property transactions and how this differs from that of private sector clients.
