Andrew Lafferty

Andrew is a partner in the Commercial Litigation Department. He qualified as a solicitor with the firm in 1992 and became a partner in 1999.

Andrew advises both public and private sector clients on a range of commercial disputes including technical and engineering disputes, PFI projects and contract and warranty claims.

Andrew has recently advised Transport for London on very substantial litigation relating to various disputes arising out of the operation of Croydon Tramlink. He has also advised the Learning and Skills Council, and South West Trains in relation to contentious matters.
