Rebecca Cushing

Rebecca is a senior assistant in the Commercial Litigation Department. She qualified in 1998 and has been with the firm since 2000.

Rebecca has a broad commercial litigation practice, which encompasses acting for both public and private sector clients. Her caseload focuses primarily on general contract litigation, PFI disputes, professional negligence disputes, and corporate governance and ultra vires matters. Amongst others, Rebecca has advised South West Trains, the Learning and Skills Council, the Metropolitan Police Authority and Transport for London.
