Charu Babel

Charu qualified as a solicitor in 2003 and joined FFW in 2005. 

She advises public and private sector clients on restructurings and a range of corporate and corporate governance matters. 

Charu was part of the team which advised the Home Office on the vesting of the assets of the Forensic Science Service Trading Fund to a government owned company.  During this project, she had particular responsibility for the migration of the FSS’s large contract portfolio to the new government company.  Recently, Charu was part of the team which advised Arriva Motor Holdings Limited on the sale of its vehicle rental business to Northgate plc.
